2027 Strategic Pillar: Education
Save The Bay’s 2022-2027 Strategic Plan focuses on three primary pillars: education, advocacy and DEI. Our Explore The Bay education program engages more than 45,000 students and community members every year through school-based and public programs. The goals and strategies identified in our 2022-2027 Strategic Plan will allow us to expand the reach of these programs by:
- Completing and opening the new, expanded Aquarium at the Gateway Center
- Developing new distance learning programs
- Delivering new programming for Save The Bay’s newest vessel, the M/V Rosemary Quinn
- Investing in professional development and alumni engagement opportunities
