2027 Strategic Pillar: DEIB
Save The Bay’s 2027 Strategic Plan focuses on three primary pillars: education, advocacy and DEIB. Save The Bay is committed to building and sustaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community that promotes belonging, starts within the organization and extends to its constituents. The goals and strategies identified in our 2027 Strategic Plan will allow us to deepen community engagement by:
- Embedding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in the organization’s culture and practices
- Evaluating projects through an Environmental Justice lens
- Nurturing relationships with Environmental Justice communities in the watershed
