Family Fun in Newport, Westerly and Fall River
From October through April, Save The Bay offers seal watching and nature tours in Newport and Westerly aboard our education vessels. And in spring 2015, we are pleased to offer four new cruises in Fall River. We provide expert guides and binoculars for an educational view of these seasonal marine visitors.
Newport Seal Watch Cruise
A Newport tradition for the past 12 years! Join us as we motor through historic Newport Harbor and view seals
on the rocks off of Rose Island and the Newport Bridge. Choose from a one-hour seal watch or a two-hour seal watch and lighthouse tour. Tours run weekends and public school vacations between November and April.

Westerly Seal Watch & Nature Cruises
Join Save The Bay and the Stonington Historical Society for a 90-minute seal watch and nature cruise aboard one of our education vessels. We'll venture down the Pawcatuck River and into Little Narragansett Bay to discover the coastal history, winter wildlife, and environmental issues in the region. We supply binoculars and expert narration. Tours run weekends in October and November and March and April.

Fall River Seal Crusies
Join Save The Bay for our first ever Taunton River/ Mt Hope Bay Seal Watch and River Cruises! Departing from Borden Light Marina these trips we will look for Seals and other early spring wildlife along the lower Taunton River and Mt Hope Bay. Our expert guides will help you spot our winter visitors and discuss the history and environmental issues in our region. Trips are scheduled for two weekends only so don’t miss this unique opportunity.

*Children under 3 are free with paying adult.
** $5 for children under 3. Includes tour of Rose Island Lighthouse.

Tickets purchased are non refundable. In case of cancellation of tickets, we will be able to reimburse guests with a voucher of same value for future use. Save The Bay reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trip due to extreme weather condition or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, tickets will be either refunded or rescheduled, by guests' choice. On purchase of tickets, guests can request a reschedule with at at least 24 hours notice before the date of the trip. To reschedule, call 401-203-SEAL (7325). Save The Bay processes refunds on the first business day of the month. If cancelled, refunds may take up to a month to process.
