Meet the fleet

    • M/V Elizabeth Morris -  46 feet, carries up to 38 passengers

The newest and largest vessel in our fleet is capable of carrying up to 38 Passengers. Elizabeth’s Chesapeake Deadrise design makes her stable and extremely comfortable, while still being able to sustain speeds of up to 18 knots. She is designed with the idea of being an educational vessel, offering  the capability of towing a bottom trawl, conducting plankton trawls (with the option of microscope stations as well as projecting the microscope image onto a 42” roof mounted flat screen TV for every passenger to observe), and we also have water quality testing instruments on board. These tools combined, allows our highly trained crew to bring the ecology of the Bay full circle for your group.

While The Elizabeth Morris is a great educational asset, it is also doubles as the perfect charter vessel for any type of function. Her design allows us to manipulate the look and use of the interior to suite nearly all of your needs. Whether you are interested in a corporate retreat, family reunion, or just getting some friends together for a cruise around the bay, the Elizabeth Morris can facilitate almost anything you can think of.

    • M/V Alletta Morris -  45 feet, carries up to 30 passengers

The Alletta Morris is Save the Bay’s longest running vessel in our fleet. At 45 feet and with the ability to carry 30 Passengers, her light weight custom aluminum design allows her to carry any group anywhere and fast. The custom design makes her stable and extremely comfortable, while still being able to sustain speeds of up to 21 knots. She is designed with the idea of being an educational vessel, offering  the capability of towing a bottom trawl, conducting plankton trawls (with the option of microscope stations as well as projecting the microscope image onto a 36” roof mounted flat screen TV for every passenger to observe), and we also have water quality testing instruments on board. These tools combined, allows our highly trained crew to bring the ecology of the Bay full circle for your group.

Much like the Elizabeth Morris, Alletta is perfect for any outing.

    • M/V Swift -  26 feet, carries up to 15 passengers

Give your group a tour that highlights the various uses of Narragansett Bay. Pull a trawl net, pick up a lobster pot to see what lives under the water, or just sit back and enjoy the view!
