The Save The Bay Center is available for rental as an extension of our community outreach as a non-profit organization.

Rates and Rooms

We offer two rooms at half-day and full-day rental rates during our regular hours of operation (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm). Rentals outside those hours are priced individually. We also have breakout rooms for an additional cost.

Add a Boat Charter. We also offer the option of chartering one of our two marine vessels for a private upper Bay tour. View charter rates and details.

What You Should Know

All groups are responsible for their own catering arrangements, using one of Save The Bay's approved caterers. These caterers are responsible for buying and dispensing alcoholic beverages and obtaining all necessary licenses and certificates of insurance.

As a stipulation of rental, a member of Save The Bay’s staff must address each group with a brief presentation about Save The Bay and the work that we do.

A Save The Bay membership is required for all private rentals. Fundraising and donor cultivation events for other non-profit agencies is prohibited.
